DC4000 DISTRIBUTION PALLET
The DC4000 is our newest pallet for grocery and wholesale/retail distribution. It's lightweight - 23 lbs. - for cost-efficient shipping. The DC4000 features a patented deck edge design that actually cushions impact and reduces possibility of fracture. A newly designed deck adds stiffness and durability.

Outward deck deflection of no more than 1.5 degrees when loaded.
Pallet corners withstand impact from a fall of over 3 feet - a height exceeding U.S. Postal requirements.
Easily supports 3,000 lbs. for 96 hours at 140 degrees.
True four-way entry, for storage and handling in any orientation.
Features patented Grip-Lok™ deck skid resistance as standard, or optional Grip-Lok™ Plus for maximum stabilization of pallet loads.
Steam cleanable.

DC2 DISTRIBUTION PALLET An original, the DC2 pallet supports multi-product loads. True four-way entry allows storage and handling in any orientation. The DC2 nests, resists steam, hot water and most chemicals, and is easy to clean.
Outward deck deflection of no more than 1.5 degrees when loaded. Easily supports 2,000 lbs. for 96 hours at 140 degrees. Proven to last more than 200 round trips in a closed-loop system. Features patented Grip-Lok™ deck skid resistance as standard or optional Grip-Lok™ Plus, for maximum stabilization of loads. Steam cleanable.

RC RACKABLE/CONVEYABLE PALLET No one else gives you a rackable/conveyable pallet like the RC series. It comes with a 3,000-lbs. edge rack rating. RC pallets work with common racking and conveyor systems, including skate rails, and are available in three configurations.
Supports 3,000 lbs. for 96 hours at 140 degrees. True rack support strength and equipment access clearances are verified. Exceeds the Grocery Manufacturers Association standard 28,000 lbs. rack rating in many applications. Models available for racking in 40" and 48" directions.

FD2340 LIGHTWEIGHT RACKABLE/CONVEYABLE PALLET Inspired by the grocery industry, the FD3240 uses advanced engineering principles to achieve outstanding structural performance. This 32" X 40" X 6" double-rack pallet increases deck stiffness over the competition.
Patented twin-sheet thermoform construction. Manufactured as a single unit for increased racking strength and durability. New, standard Grip-Lok™ Plus provides maximum retention of pallet loads. Rackable, stackable, conveyable and recyclable. the ideal, lightweight pallet for warehouse applications.

LT4048 LIGHTWEIGHT, LOW-COST PALLET
Using wood? Consider the advantages of our lightweight (17 lbs.), light-duty plastic pallet. The LT4048's low initial cost becomes even lower as you add up benefits: safer, environmentally friendly, attractive for in-store display, and space-saving. the LT4048 also offers a patented staggered pinch that reduces impact damage and leg drain holes to minimize water build-up if stored outside.
