 Sleeve Packs / Bulk Containers
Pack-Lite has designed and engineered a wide variety of quality bulk containers manufactured from polypropylene (PP) plastic. Pack-Lite Bulk containers offer flexibility in design while maintaining structural integrity for long term reusability.

CONSISTING OF:

TOP AND BOTTOM OCTAGON PALLETS - 15LBS EACH
10MM POLYPROPYLENE SLEEVE - 25 LBS
10MM POLYPROPYLENE LINER - 23 LBS
BOTTOM PAD - 4 LBS

THIS DESIGN ALLOWS THE CONTAINER TO BE KNOCKED
DOWN FOR STORAGE AND RETURN TRANSPORTATION
AND IS EASILY SET-UP FOR FILLING.

THE OCTAGON SHAPE ALLOWS FOR GREATER RESISTANCE TO BULGE STRESS WHICH IS PREVALENT IN SQUARE OR RECTANGLE CORRUGATED PLASTIC CONTAINERS.

THE CONTAINER IS IDEAL FOR ANY BULK PRODUCT
INCLUDING PLASTIC RESIN AND PRODUCE.

THIS CONTAINER HAS BEEN TESTED TO HOLD 1200 LBS. NET AND STACKED TESTED TO 1750 LBS. IN AMBIENT TEMPS.

FURTHER TESTING IS PLANNED FOR LIQUID FILL.
